Join him in a new and exciting keynote experience that explores how we “Make Work Matter.”

Robert speaks globally on relevant topics and lessons learned from over 25 years of transforming end-to-end supply chains and organizations at large. Weaving in themes of “business disruption,” “systems thinking,” “respect for people,” and “personal narratives,” Robert leaves his audiences supercharged and ready to improve their organizations and personal journeys.

Proud of his first novel, Drift and Hum, Robert accepted a Gold IBPA Benjamin Franklin Award™ for THE BILL FISHER AWARD FOR BEST FIRST BOOK during the April 6, 2017 award ceremony in Portland, Oregon.

Robert was presented with the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals’ (CSCMP) highest honor – the Distinguished Service Award – during the Opening Session at the annual CSCMP Conference in San Diego, CA on September 28, 2015. Drawing inspiration from his family – including his teenage daughters not knowing what he does for a living – Robert’s speech was said to have been “one of the best speeches ever given” at the 30-year old conference!
Robert discusses how LeanCor Supply Chain Group is a trusted supply chain partner that specializes in lean principles to deliver operational improvement. LeanCor’s three integrated divisions – LeanCor Training and Education, LeanCor Consulting, and LeanCor Logistics – help organizations eliminate waste, drive down costs, and build a culture of continuous improvement.
